It supports your independent clinical judgement and professional learning; it does not replace clinician judgement, local protocols, or medical assessment, and it does not diagnose or prescribe.

Areuro turns a complex clinical question into a structured, evidence-backed reasoning and learning answer in seconds. Instead of opening multiple journals or guideline PDFs, you type your de-identified case, get a clear clinical bottom line, and receive named guideline recommendations, dosage parameters, and references you can verify and learn from. It is designed to sit alongside your assessment — not replace it — so you spend less time searching and more time reasoning with your patient, even when you only have a few minutes to prepare.

Free includes 5 case threads per month, with one question plus one follow-up per case. Older cases stay visible but are archived and read-only. Practitioner gives you unlimited case threads, unlimited back-and-forth within each thread, and keeps every case fully accessible so you can build a searchable clinical library over time.

When you start a new case on the Free plan, your previous case is archived automatically. Nothing is deleted. Archived cases remain visible in your sidebar with a lock icon, but you cannot add new messages to them until you upgrade to Practitioner.

The Free tier is the best way to try Areuro. You can run real case questions and see how the evidence is structured. If you want unlimited back-and-forth in a thread and full case history, you can upgrade to Practitioner at any time.

Yes. You can cancel your Practitioner subscription whenever you like. After cancellation, your account returns to the Free tier at the end of the current billing period. Your cases remain visible, and archived cases become fully editable again if you later re-upgrade.

All archived cases are unlocked instantly when you upgrade to Practitioner. They become fully editable, searchable, and part of your ongoing case history. There is no manual restore process.

Areuro is built for rehabilitation and allied health clinicians across physiotherapy, occupational therapy, orthotics, speech pathology, psychology, and other allied health roles. It is designed as a Clinical Reasoning and Learning Support tool broad enough to handle a wide range of rehabilitation scenarios.

No. Areuro does not train on your case questions, prompts, or any other user input. Your clinical data is processed only to generate your response and is stored securely in your account so you can access it later. Patient identifiers are also blocked before the message is sent.
